Our comprehensive insurance policy, amounting to 5 million pounds, extends coverage to all contractors and subcontractors working on site. In adherence to safety protocols, we maintain a sign-in and sign-out book, ensuring a record of everyone's presence. All visitors are required to sign in upon arrival and sign out upon departure. Additionally, for the safety of all individuals on-site, visitors must wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while navigating through the premises. These measures are implemented to prioritize the well-being of everyone involved in our operations.

To secure your project start date, a 10% holding deposit is required, and this amount will be subtracted from your final invoice. You will be charged weekly for works completed, we only ever bill for works completed, and materials purchased. The final payment is due on the day of completion, following final inspections by both the client and project manager. Until payment is received, all supplied products and items remain the property of Nu Space Building Services. After payment, ownership transfers to the client. We treat all projects individually, all project specific terms and conditions will be agreed prior to deposit payment being made.

Should your project need planning permission, we typically engage with local building control, planning deparement, and authorities, managing these processes on your behalf. Our collaboration with architects and project managers ensures a seamless and thorough oversight, guaranteeing that every step from blueprints to final approval is executed correctly and appropriately.
